How To Build Your Own Sex Bench
Even for the most agile woman, the superior or "woman on top" position can be awkward. Your legs seem to get in the way and prevent the kind of deep penetration you are trying to achieve. To that end a sex bench would facilitate things greatly and you can build your own.
Materials Needed
- 1 piece of 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch CDX board cut to 20"x74" (for average six foot man)
- 2 layers of 4 inch thick x 24 inches wide x 74 inches long. If you need the foam cut in two or more pieces you will also need lightweight quilt batting to cover it.
- 5 plastic milk crates
- 12 1 inch electrical clamps
- 12 1 inch flat metal washers
- 1 twin size comforter
- 1 twin size sheet
- two pillows
With the board print side down, using a folding measure or retractable tape measure, lightly mark the placements for the milk crates. Place the milk crates face down on the markings. Secure them to the board using two clamps and two washers, one through each handle and one extra one in the outside ends of the two crates at the end of the board. With assistance, turn the bench right side up. Lay the foam down, one layer on top of each other. It will adhere to itself so no glue is necessary. The extra width of the foam will cushion the sides of the board. Place the batting on top. It doesn't have to cover the entire surface of the foam, only where the center of the body of the person on the bottom will rest. Cover with the twin comforter which adds another layer of cushion; add the pillows and move it into the reserved location.
The bench will be wide enough and stable enough to support the weight of two people up to approximately 500 lbs and it will be narrow enough for a woman of average height to comfortably straddle.
